Managing Marketing Communications Campaigns

Aims and Objectives

The aim of this 1-day module is to provide practical tools and methods for managing marketing communications campaigns implemented through agencies.

The course provides guidelines and checklists for the key elements of planning and uses exercises and examples to allow delegates to rehearse the major steps and work out how to apply them to their own organisation.

By the end of the course

Delegates will have a process for developing and managing marketing communications programmes involving agencies and will have practiced using it.
